• Ensure accurate delivery quantity and quality of product via loading meter
• Oversee the safe flow of petroleum product from vessel to tank farm and trucks
• Drive the ISO9001:2015 implementation plan on site
• Promote compliance to policies and procedure among operational team
• Develop & manage reporting systems/documentation procedures/bookkeeping/work specification/simplification & improvement of work processes.

Prepare vessel receipt certificates, periodic stock report and client product draw down management.
Assisting the import unit in processing of Form M for Petroleum product importation and Custom duty documentation.

Job Summary
As the Fleet officer I am responsible for managing the daily lifting operations in our major terminals across the east of Nigeria and also ensure trucks are of accepted company standards (Trucks inspection and calibration of trucks) while ensuring accurate records are put in place.

Operational
• I Coordinate the activities and assignments related to Fleet
• Ensure truck meet company standard by executing trucks inspection and Calibration.
• Ensures all document relating to trucks and transporters are available and properly filed.
• Ensure drivers are kitted with Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs) during working hours.

• I was part of the Project compass team that maintained a proper database of all drivers within the east and also ensured all drivers took part in the Free medical care scheme for 2011, I am a focused team player.

I am responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve set target for transporters allocated to them. Ensuring turnaround time, maintenance schedule, GIT position, calibration
status.
In addition, liase with transporters for dispute resolution, payment processing and ensuring that transporter trucks are always available for use.
