Main responsibility:
- At offshore phase: Responsible for preparation and execution of installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning gas turbine generator LM2500 DLE duel fuel and Compressors including team (12 people) managing, troubleshooting, performance assessment together with vibration monitoring (centerline, orbit, phase, Bode diagram control), alignment, loop checks, permit to work preparation, commissioning execution tracking, reporting, spare parts and special tool controlling, Mark Vl set up, check sheets and OTP execution, including leading of kick-off and close out meetings,
- At onshore phase: Responsible for manpower selection, commissioning and installation procedures development, spare parts and materials preparation, activities schedule development,
- At construction phase: Control construction correctness such as foundation installation, equipment installation, alignment, PID as built VS as designed, suction filters and strainers installation; - control pre-commissioning correctness such as subsystems flushing, shaft alignment, soft foot, lubrication, active magnetic bearings commissioning, mechanical seal system filling, condition monitoring system setup, borescope of compressor’s internals; - control commissioning functional test including performance and vibration/temperature analysis, field inspections for any abnormality; - preparation activities for offshore phase such as commissioning spare parts review and gap analysis, preparation commissioning tool, special tools and devices, preparation oil, grease, barrier liquid, consumables.
