 Assisted in the implementation of the integrated modules of the ERP Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains; adjusted, aligned and validated the settings of Sales Order Processing module of the ERP in order to meet sales business process; validated the implementation of the Bank and Reconciliation module; achieved the upgrade of the ERP to Version 10.0 and recently to Service Pack 5 with testing the performance of the modules and validating the Data Integrity.
 Full Knowledge of the ERP Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains with the corresponding modules(Sales Order processing, Purchase order Processing, Inventory Management, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Assemblies); Full Knowledge of the Tables structure of the mentioned modules. Made customizations on the ERP Interfaces with writing Visual Basic codes that responds to the business process needs; Customized Great Plains Invoice documents responding to management requirements. Interacted with the supplier in the implementation of the Customized Trade Discount module; analyzed the department’s brands discount policy; tested the customization and filled the setting with queries.
 Configured the Setup of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains responding to the changes of the business process.
 Ensured the Data Integrity of the ERP Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
 Developed Financial and Sales Reports responding to the needs of the Finance department and the commercial departments, using T_SQL and SQL Server Stored Procedures and Visual Basic 6 Interfaces and Crystal Report 8.5 reporting tool.
 Developed Customized Security Roles for the ERP Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 10.0 after several meetings with the departments’ managers with complying the privileges and the access rights of each department; assigned users to these roles.
 Administered and Maintained Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains companies’ databases and the Mobility Applications’ databases and also created SQL Server Jobs for Backup tasks and Maintenance tasks and scheduled routines for other tasks; Troubleshooted the ERP’s and other applications’ SQL Server Databases.
 Supported ERP users during issues and bugs due to network malfunctions.
 Worked on Sales Force Automation Applications; assisted the Supplier in the Gap and business analysis of the SFA application for Cash van Salesmen(Mforcelight); worked on the integration of the daily sales of the SFA Application into the ERP through an integration tool related for the ERP. Worked on the SFA application implementation of the Pharmaceutical Company that contains 3 modules Sales Quotation and Money Collection and Request for Return. Worked on the implementation of a Medical Representative Application and supported the needs and requests of the medical representatives.
 Assisted the Functional team in the decision making of the selection process for a new ERP Business Solution; Attended the Workshops of GAP Analysis held by the supplier for each department and interacted with the supplier by giving information on the Current ERP and the Databases and Technical Information; Attended all the trainings of the Supplier ‘Megatek’ for the New Selected ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 for all the modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Product Information, Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Module, Manufacturing) and also technical training.
 Worked on the Data Cleansing and Mapping of the distribution sales items in order to migrate to the New ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
 Planned the Migration Process to be done for the historical Data with the validation phases.
