Responsible for contract management whereby nurturing customer relationship, negotiating contracts, managing
tenders, increase profitability, and assessing customer needs.
Major Job Responsibilities:
* Established and maintained contractual relationships by serving as a single communication/redressal point
for contractual matters.
* Reviewed Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) and established
contractual scope.
* Discussed the scope definition with planners, schedulers and estimators. Reviewed their comments and
established planning and costing basis.

* Advised and counselled the organization about divers’ consequences of instructions in contracts and other
such events impacting time and costs of the project.
* Reviewed the chronology of events arising from deviations in contractual arrangements which adversely
impacted turnover dates, with subsequent analysis of cause and effect followed by formulation of EOT
claims & variations based on findings.
* Capitalized on opportune uncertainties, valued the measured varied works to arrive the costs and expenses
incurred and abstracts of such costs presented to client, insurance surveyor & PMC team for their
determination.
* Supplied information required to substantiate costs’ claims and negotiated best benefited price.
* Advised the organization about force majeure event impeding supply of process & storage tanks and
supported the court’s decree to that effect furnished for Company’s evaluation.
* Recovered insurance claims amounting USD4.25 Mn that were unrecoverable as per the contracts.
* Submitted a complete dossier of the claim substantiating a successful EOT for 288 days with variation
adjusting contract price by an additional value to USD15.75 Mn to the organization.
* Oversaw closure of punch items and participated in preparation of project closure dossiers.
Achievements:
* For company secure EOT for 288 days and 325 days under consideration.
* Received variation order of value USD15.75 Mn.
* Recovered insurance claim of value USD4.25 Mn.
