Managing team of 16 employees taking care of Management Information System, HR related issues, Quality, Process Training and technology issues. Improved process capability by identifying and eliminating non value added steps. Did entire Process mapping to redefine defects which affected the upstream and downstream processes of Billing and collection, claims, actuarial & risk. Reduced wing 2 wing issuance span of 96 days to 14 days.
Additional Responsibility:
• IDEA’s and Best Practices management - Appointed Single Point Of Contact for Insurance CoE (consisting of nearly 800 employees) EnerGE Core Coordination Committee taking care of Gurgaon, Hyderabad & Banglore sites. Part of the enerGE councils and resolving issues related to enerGE site & R&R.

Six Sigma Green Belt project nominated as Best Indian project from Insurance CoE and was recommended for one of the best projects globally. First project to be part of quality council in US.

Initiated and implemented concept of Energizers, effective use of idea’s management to make incremental improvements across Insurance CoE improving the CTQ’s thus having a huge business impact.
Transitioned 2 processes from US remotely being in India.

As part of MBA Applied Learning Experience(ALE) visited Milan, Italy to learn more about Fashion Industry- Understanding functioning of Premium & Luxury fashion brands and different retail formats. For my MBA dissertation I provided consultancy to one of the leading Hotel brand in UAE, having operations in several countries. Consultancy provided was based on Continuous Improvement using “LEAN & Six Sigma” and operationalizing business strategy.
