. Identifying and Developing strong relationships with the prospective key accounts for Decorative paints and floor coating ensuring the attainment of the sales targets; ascertained maximum profit generation as well as customer satisfaction.
. Developing application partners as per product lines on the basis of company policies.
. Build credibility with partners by supporting them in terms of business, product support and technical help that meet their needs and yield outstanding results.
. Increase market share, achieve and exceed performance targets and also ensure that the sales/support environment is conducive to facilitating the highest productivity, synergy and cooperation for all teams.
. Keep updating the CRM system which gives the overall view of the business and customers to the management.
. Overseeing the expansion of the new customer base to increase the market share; assessing customer complaints and improving the ROI.
. Technical inspection at the site to help and support the customers.
. Carrying out introduction of new product line in the market.
. Facilitating necessary data/ inputs in decision making essential for growth as well as development of the company.
