Talent Acquisition:
Proficient in coordinating recruitment through multiple channels, managing a Manning schedule of 11, 000 personnel, and headhunting.
Labor Law Compliance:
Expert knowledge of labor laws across India, UAE, and Kazakhstan, liaising with statutory bodies and representing company interests.
HR Management:
Implementing and driving HR initiatives, managing performance appraisal processes, and maintaining comprehensive HR data.
Global Resource Management:
Demonstrating adaptability in addressing pre and post-arrival requirements for employees in various international locations.
With Sun Drilling LLP, I worked from Nov 2012 - 31st July 2014.
In Sun Drilling I was responsible from all HR related issues for company own 9 rigs.
• Manpower Planning
• Recruitment.
• Payroll.
• Mobilization / Demobilization of Manpower according to manning schedule.
• Visa and Travel of all expats.
• In total Sun drill was having 9 rigs with manpower of 1200 people. In different regions of Kazakhstan.
Worked on several International Punj Lloyd locations, where company projects were on going, Countries include Qatar, UAE, and Kazakhstan.
Primary Responsibilities:
Man Power Planning, Recruitment, Tracking of Manpower utilization, Monitoring over time of workers, Training and Development, Maintaining HR Library, Performance Appraisal, Monitoring Leave Record, Monitoring on End of service benefits, MIS Report generation, VISA Coordination (pre and post arrival of employees), Police registrations, Grievances Handling, Head Hunting and coordinating between employment agencies, Induction, Implementation and maintaining the Human Resource Management System, Processing the payroll, Exit Interviews, Full and Final Statements, Preparing quarterly administrative budget, Camp establishment and Maintenance.
Additional Responsibilities:
a) Vendor development, expediting and timely follow up with vendors.
b) Accounting support like invoice processing and budget support.
c) Correspondence support formatting letters and different reports.
d) Roaming all around the Kazakhstan as and when required for any kind of administrative and marketing requirement.
e) Working on protocol for the important delegation from Head office
f) Keep regular check on camp maintenance practice followed by the administrative staff.
g) Taking care of client need.
h) All kind of administrative activities.
