•Analyzing existing business processes, assisting in the business case and suggesting appropriate business solutions to achieve higher levels of efficiency & effectiveness
•Reviewing the feedback from end users, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
•Creating & sustaining dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members
•Providing overall leadership to the project team members including managing deliverables, assigning task to the members and ensuring that the projects are delivered within time
•Architecting, designing & developing solutions for the product & managing process set-up & development; driving product vision, strategy, roadmap and release plans
•Analyzing training needs of the new & existing team members and delivering the required trainings within the team on different business functions and technologies, thereby enhancing their productivity
