• Overall in charge of the hazardous and Non Hazardous waste streams, Solid and Liquid-based Waste Management and General Service operations.
• Manage all daily operational activities relating to Waste Management not limited to the collection, recycling, street cleaning, and associated services and plans, develop and coordinate those activities to maximize performance and service delivery in waste management.

Key Projects
Project: Waste Management & Pest Control services for Muscat International Airport
Period: Mar’18 to Feb’19
Deliverables:
• Established and maintained client relationships by acting as a single point of contact for contractual matters and operational issues
• Developed and implemented:
o Waste recycling initiative program in the airport and achieved 45% recycling rate
o Effective pest management system through self-designed job scheduler software
Managed key accounts operations (Qatar Airways, Doha port, UDC, QD-SBG, American Navy Base, Keppel Sheghers,
Municipality and Ashghal)
Highlights:
* Managed pipeline cleaning, tank cleaning including chemical tanks, wet well cleaning, and sewerage blockage removal
services
* Prepared:
o Tender documents, project reports, project statuaries and necessary documents
o SOP for cleaning (Tank cleaning, pipeline cleaning, blockage removal)
* Planned and scheduled the collections and disposal of the sewage and solid waste
* Implemented the scope of IT in operations; ERP Software developing for Transport Management System and CRM
* Monitored the vehicle violations and successfully reduced the 70% violations within last 6 months; implemented the
violations awareness message to the drivers
Municipal Solid Waste to Energy Project at Cochin (DBFOT Model)
Highlights:
* Advised the Board of Directors the ground realities on the project and created an SPV for the project involving foreign
consortium members
* Prepared:
o Draft feasibility report covering financial risk analysis report for “295 Cr Municipal Solid Waste to Energy Project
at Cochin”
o ‘Levelized power tariff report’ for the entire concession period (20 Years) with respect to Indian Regulatory
Commission’s regulations
o Petition for obtaining tariff approval from Electricity Regulator and finalized a Power Purchase Agreement
* Held meetings with clients and Technical Team to build business synergies
* Engaged in the weekly meetings between international technical experts in UK
* Coordinated with statutory agencies like Pollution Control Board, Environmental Impact Assessment Authority for
obtaining clearances and permits
* Administered successful bid preparation and submission (PPP Model) and managed to improve the bidding
documents and won the contract scope
