• Leading Tool Box Talks (TBT) and collaborating with onsite
teams to ensure testing procedures align with Permit to
Work (PTW) system requirements.
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring critical well-testing
equipment, including horizontal test separators, control
valves, Xmas trees, choke manifolds, ESD valves, tanks,
burners, Steam generator an Heat exchanger.
• Utilizing Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems (Fekete field
notes) to collect, analyze, and document essential data on
pressure, temperature, and flow rates, ensuring
adherence to industry and client standards.
• Preparing and submitting daily operation reports to client
representatives to support informed decision-making.
• Enforcing ADNOC safety protocols & implementing
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) measures
consistently across field projects.
• Integrating coiled tubing operations for enhanced
productivity, including wellbore cleanouts, acid
stimulation, and nitrogen lifting.
• Working closely with ADNOCs Well Integrity and
Production teams to perform well integrity checks and
conduct Multi-Phase Flow Meter (MPFM) tests.
• Coordinating production activities at the site to achieve
production targets while maintaining safety standards.

• Conducted 3D modeling of various control system
component sub-assemblies using Autodesk Inventor to
support precision design and integration.
• Prepared and modified documentation for test plans and
assembly procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence
to specifications.
• Performed dye penetration testing, pickling, and
passivation processes to prepare hardware for system
integration and verify material integrity.
• Conducted acceptance testing on flexible hoses,
including leak testing and visual inspection, to ensure
reliability and durability.
• Executed acceptance testing for O-rings to confirm
performance and compatibility with system
requirements.
