Important Products developed: Conversational bot Developed a conversational bot, incorporating an intelligent voice assistant featuring custom neural voices and generative AI capabilities. This system seamlessly integrates with Azure Cognitive Services for text-to-speech and vice versa and Azure open ai functionalities, supporting a multi-language model. Additionally, this solution is reused while designing an audio editing interface tailored for the Volvo trucks media team. This solution is implemented as an Azure web app using Python Flask ofering a user-friendly and eficient platform for media editing tasks. Further reused this component as a translation bot and predictive analysis solutions for Volvo financial services.
Warranty Processing AI Model: A scalable AI solution to analyse and categorize the warranty claims and identify the potential improvement areas and fraud detection. This solution is built with a set of AI solutions, Custom classification model, Generative AI,
BERT, SPACY, NER and hosted on Azure MLOps. This solution has an accuracy of 82% and its increasing with each advancement and the more training data.

• Part of foundational product team who is responsible for establishing the standards, architectures and security policies to be followed across the Volvo Group Citizen and Technical Developers who are building solutions using RPA and Hyper Automation tools.
• Teamlead for the governance initiatives of hyper automation foundational product in Volvo Group.

RPA Developer
• Analysed and did the initial POC on three RPA tools, UiPath, Automation anywhere and Blue prism, And came to the conclusion UiPath would be the best suitable RPA tool for our client for whom we did the research.
