SUMMARY Job Description
RECRUITMENT
➢ Assisting HR Manager to collect manpower demands and supply forms dully fled from div. Managers
➢ Arranging advertisement for recruitment of employees. Receiving CVs of the candidate and screening CV as per requirements to get a shortlist.
➢ Preparation of employee requisition form and other documents from candidates and take approval of management along with candidate evaluation form.
➢ Conduct test and check reference of the candidates.
➢ Prepare and issue appointment letter to candidates and agree on the date of joining and his entitlements.
➢ Prepare VISA application form and arrange documents from the candidate and give them to PRO.
➢ Orientation to the new employees which include: employee handbook of policies and procedures; management system and org. structure, signing confidentiality agreement to all staff, sales circular to sales staff, filling the form for medical insurance, acknowledging the receipt of his job description and sending welcome note to all staff.
➢ Booking tickets of new overseas hire or upon cessation of employment.

EMPLOYEE RELATION
➢ Preparation of letters required to employees & Principals related to bank loan, credit cards, embassy letters, service letter and other requirements by competent authorities etc.
➢ Coordinating with IT department for all HR Module update under Oracle ERP E-Business suite
➢ Answering calls, sending fax, email and ordering stationary for HR Division.
➢ Sending employee name to IT Div. to create email ID and arrange for a computer and telephone if required.
➢ Maintaining personnel files and update employee information in Oracle.
➢ Maintain leave record and schedule employee vacation schedule.
➢ Arranging to get airfare from our travel agency and issuing travel insurance.
➢ Maintain all medical insurance records and coordinate to get reimbursement for employee claims outside network.
➢ Preparing Presentations, generating and compiling reports from Oracle and other sheets.
➢ Serve as Coordinator for all the HR related needs of the principal cos employees

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
➢ Update of organization chart and job description for new and current staff whenever required in coordination with Department Manager.
