- Coordination of the design of technological plants and infrastructure facilities.
- Control over the documentation development by the design institute Uzliti Engineering (scope, timing, prioritization).
- Development of project scope, requirement documents, statements of work, participating in client discussions, analysis of functional and operational requirements of the client;
- Participation in the purchase of equipment (verification of data sheets, MR, TBE, negotiations with suppliers).
- Working with equipment suppliers (manufacturing control, participation in final acceptance tests (FAT)).
- Engage and manage the design team and specialist consultants providing technical expertise.
- Develop budgets, schedules and reporting frameworks.
- Establish and review project implementation strategies.
- Maintain the change management process that records changes to the scope of work.
- Manage associated project contracts, ensuring design and delivery teams are in compliance with terms.
- Liaise with construction teams to monitor project progress.

- Purchasing orders for mechanical equipment placed according to schedule
- The areas of responsibility and the scope of work of the engineering department were determined. Also, an action plan was drawn up to change the structure of the department, its development and further improvements.

Head of Engineering Department at Air Products

- Coordination of interaction between two design institutes (ThyssenKrupp and Tecnimont) with Russian Licensors.

Established effective work between the Indian engineering team and Russian Licensors and manufacturers of licensed equipment.
