Complete site setups including Configuration of Network Devices, ESX Hosts, VMs, Establishing Power Supply & Implementing Backup & Recovery solutions for various sites for Example : Lama Site, Odoptu Site, Santiago Sothwest Leach Mine Site etc..
Complete Decommission of Sites & Handing Over the Equipments to warehouses for use at other sites for Example : BP Whiting Site, ACP Project Site Etc
Esx Hosts & Windows Standalone builds starting from Procurement of H/w, Racking, Cabling, OS Image, Configuring Storage, Backups & Moving to production at various sites by working with multiple remote teams including ATT, H&F, Server Teams, Id Admin & BUR etc.
Decommission of ESX Hosts, Standalone Servers & VMs as part of regular activities.
Migration of Data from NS480 to VNX storage at one of the major data centers of IBM for FLUOR customer.
Responsibilities
IT infrastructure project planning & execution from Initiation to closure
Working with global team to implement the projects (ATT, Wintel, UNIX, SAN, BUR and IDADMIN teams)
Daily follow-ups with technical team to track the project status
Daily/weekly calls with customer to provide the project status
Working with customer on PCRs
Monitoring & tracking the project status
Responsible for Risk Management that involves in managing the project execution related risks by developing mitigation plans and ensuring proper execution to lower its impact to the business.
