conduct daily facility inspections, Attend client and govt audits, Ensure process to be inline with the BRC, FSSC22000 requirements. Attend F2F Audits from Clients. Product development & shelf life checks, Product testing (Chemical and sensory evaluation)
Course covers Food Processing, Meat Science, Dairy Technology, Post Harvest technology, food chemistry and food microbiology
