My role at Mccormick focused on managing salary reviews and performance bonuses for the APZ region, overseeing salary planning, and ensuring equitable compensation. It involved collaborating with HR business partnerr on rewards solutions, designing competitive job structures, conducting compensation analysis, and reviewing benefits programs. Additonally, it includes supporting the renewal of group benefits, creating HR data reports, and developing training materials on compensation and benefits.

I started my journey with Mercer Consulting in 2014. Over 7 year tenure at Mercer, I progressed from Compensation and Benefits Analysr to Senior Rewards Consultant managing key compensation and benefits projects across multiple industries and countries in APAC.

In my last role at Mercer as Senior Rewards Consultant, I was responsible to manage talent capabilities for various markets and industries. Managing large/medium sized projects on market pricing, compensation/benefits studies, pay range designing, grade slotting, job evaluation etc. Additionally lead account management activities to meet revenue targets. This was expected to be followed by building a strong working relationship with clients and establish self as a key point of contact.
