• Supporting the Brand Manager in the daily tasks of delivering & establishing the flydubai brand at each & every internal & consumer touch-point, through traditional & non-traditional mediums.
• Involved in the development, launch & implementation of flydubai’s new brand identity, internally & across all material communication channels i.e. the website, internal & point-of-sale collateral, BTL & ATL advertising collateral & at all consumer-facing points.
• Assisted with managing the five-day interior aircraft photo shoot (carried out to obtain a bank of imagery for use in advertising & collateral creative), from casting of the models to PPM meetings and on-site management at the shoot.
• Handling the branding for all local & regional corporate offices, travel & retail shops and airport offices, including any on-board collateral such as the duty-free magazine and menu and IFE screen ads.
• Monitor the development & production of brand & advertising collateral & merchandise produced by agencies and third parties to ensure they adhere to the brand guidelines. Including verifying artwork specifications for print, liaising in the procurement process to ensure that the most efficient suppliers are selected and attending press passes if required.
• Ensuring the agency/other suppliers work to agreed timelines and delivery schedules.
• Create and administer the brand library and monitor brand financials.
• Supporting the Account & Project Managers on daily requirements on the HSBC local and regional account and ensured that the deadlines are met within agreed timeframes.
• Executed all ATL, BTL and Digital campaigns for HSBC within the UAE & regionally for Brand, Corporate, Retail & Personal Finance products, whilst core responsibilities included coordinating with creative and studio for the launch of these campaigns. Major campaigns included the launch of the HSBC Brand and Global Transfers.
• Handled all adaptations of offline, outdoor branding and online elements - Homepage banners, landing page, site banner/ads, SEM words, special page takeovers etc. once concepts were approved.
• Conducted extensive research with the Account Planner before a campaign launch, to understand the activities of competitor spends and product launches within the UAE’s financial industry, which would be an integral part of the creative presentation.
• Single handedly launched the Airport branding for Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Qatar Airport and the Mobile Banking Campaign for UAE and Qatar, under the supervision of the Account Director
• Maintaining Status Reports, Contact Reports and all campaign documents and summaries in the central server for team (client) meetings.
• Performed administrative duties and finances - invoices, estimates and billing for the HSBC account.
• Assisted the Marketing and Recruitment Manager in developing campaigns to promote the university to a diverse audience, both within the UAE and overseas, to potential and current students, and the media.
• Worked collaboratively with a diverse staff and faculty team to assist with creating and managing cross- organizational, integrated marketing strategies and standardize communication.
• Organized & participated in educational and promotional events, career fairs and university exhibitions, such as GETEX.
• Assisted in handling Agent Agreement files & database. Preparing updated reports, maintaining travel and expense & purchase requisitions.
• Training & supervision for part-time call center agents to respond to enquiries accurately and professionally.
