1) Find candidates using various methods such as social media, referrals and headhunting.
2) Screen CVs, organize the database of resumes and save them by code and specialization.
3) Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications.
4) Conduct initial phone or an online interview to evaluate candidates fit with the organization.
5) Negotiate job offers with hiring managers.
6) Coordinate the hiring process and ensure paperwork and approvals are complete.
7) Keep detailed candidate records including resumes, applicants, notes and references.
8) Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
9) Work with the organization’s leadership to develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
1) Prepare and promote Google forms to collect emails of job seekers.
2) Send daily cold emails for business development and promote excellent profiles to clients by email.
3) Handle newsletter, conduct research, ensure client queries are handled and prepare social media posts and banners using Canva.
4) Renewal of company’s websites, emails and domains through GoDaddy.
5) Provide support to the managing director and team members in various tasks related to meetings, emails and client’s follow-ups.
1) Manage administrative tasks related to office and purchasing, manage payments, petty cash and invoices.
2) Coordinate with F&B clients to prepare franchise development materials and content.
3) Check for new clients to support them in franchise development.
4) Administer all social media accounts in terms of content management.
5) Prepare operational procedures and job descriptions manuals for clients.
6) Handle HR support tasks such as contact candidates, schedule interviews and screen CV.
Office management:
1) Handle all office supplies and stationery including obtaining quotations and external partners.
2) Ensure all staff equipment and assets are properly maintained.
3) Supervise cleaners and ensure all offices are on proper state.
4) Handle admin software including all updates of admin data.
Accounting:
1) Handle Petty Cash and issuing invoices for suppliers.
2) Pay all online platforms subscription fees and payments.
3) Prepare monthly supplier invoices sheets.
4) Prepare financial dashboards for all monthly payments.
Human Resources:
1) Prepare all employees attendance sheets and monthly transportation allowance.
2) Greet and welcome candidates attending for interviews.
3) Prepare and send job offer for new candidates.
4) Assist in writing job descriptions.
5) Consolidate incoming CVs on the organization’s templates.
6) Handle employees’ database, induction and on boarding for new joiners.
Marketing:
1) Prepare posts for Facebook, Twitter LinkedIn and Instagram and coordinate with the designer for implementation.
2) Ensure clients comments and queries are handled and replies are forwarded as needed.
