• Demand / Supply Planning and Forecast.
Independently handling the full Demand and Supply Planning and Forecasting for all Food Products SKU’s based on the consumption and future requirements based on the stores run rate + uplift ( Occasions ) etc.

•Planning - New Store Opening.(This is based on the Chaining against a particular benchmark store )

•Monitoring any OOS (Out of Stocks) and Exposure.
Advising the Brands time to time for any OOS Risk and Exposure Risk in a timely manner.




•Replenishments.
Monthly Replenishments for all the stocks with a cover of 3 to 3.5 months and also monitoring the sales movements so as to avoid any potential risk of going OOS and also to ensure that the order placement is not high to be at risk of any exposure.
•Monthly Exposure Reports.
Monthly Exposure Reports for the Management to provide the forecast of any Exposure Risk for ROY (Rest of Year) so as to forecast any Risk going forward.

•Analysis.
Proper Analysis of products movement within brands where the sales movement of items is based on the demand and consumption (Same or specified products used by similar brands). APL (Approved Price List) signed off by the respective brands for consumptions. Monitoring the Margins as well so as to give the purchaser a better deal of not impacting the same..

Active participation in the KFR Meetings with the Management for the financial performance review every month for the current actual vs budget /Rest of the year forecast / and full year budget and forecast.
