Responsible for all HR functions, including: Strategic planning, organizational development, staffing, training, benefits administration, Employee Relations, Management Development, and Performance Management.
Successfully implemented the HR functions from scratch.
Anticipate, develop, design and implement the HR strategic focus and initiatives across all core HR pillars, including recruitment, development and retention of key talent; motivating a high performance culture;
Develop, maintain and implement HR policies, procedures and programs to meet the needs of the organization and ensure all HR policies are as per Labor Law.
Ensure that all recruitment, selection and succession planning activities are robust, fair and equitable and support business needs. Manage the recruitment and selection processes.
Support disciplinary and grievance issues where necessary.
Ensure appropriate processes and practices are in place for the management of personnel information and documentation and that this is handled in accordance with legislative and corporate guidelines
Handling day-to-day activities and administrative activities including selection & staffing, tasking, discipline, welfare, and all multifarious development programs; ensure proper implementation of Rules and Regulations.
Responsible for Processing of all paper works related to ministry of labor, Payroll Processing.
Supervising attendance, preparing salaries for over staff, keeping in mind - absent days, staff on leave, any employee loans or any other deductions.
Successfully implementing company policies / labor laws and take disciplinary action. .
Pivotal in assisting various authorities in solving pending disciplinary cases, and departmental enquiry matters.
Management and administration of visa registration and other documentation; Visa formalities. Coordinating with PRO for visas’.

1.Manpower Planning:
