Major project completed are - Suppl of RTR pipes and fittings - for Tecnicas Reunidas -KNPC- MAA refinery Kuwait, EPC for BAB recirculation -Galfar- ADCO, On Shore habshaan Modification Tecnicas reunidas- GASCO, Supply of FRP pipes and fittings to Crude Flexibility Project - Samsung- ADNOC Project, Supply of FRP spools to Aquatech- Petrofac - KNPC - Lowerfars project

Network development
1. Coordinating with RO teams in getting layouts and checking it as per company norms and submitting to approving authorities.
2. Follow up with Regional team during construction and timely checking the construction progress through reports and visits.
3. Coordination with Regional team in submitting activation documents and getting approval from authorities.
4. Proper allocation of Budget to regions and monitoring its utilisaton and ensuring Regional Targets achievements
5. Coordinating with regional Marketing Events, (planning, quotation approval and taking approvals from authorities ).
6. Coordinating Zonal presentations for Zonal Service Review, which will be presenting to management on quarterly basis.
7. Making slides to regional team on appraisals.
8. Making different presentations on network development, dealership profitability, productivity improvements and other activities.
Planning and Management
1. Planning of Various activites to impliment in Channel patners which result in dealer profitability and customer satisfaction.
2. Ensuring that All dealers are adhere to Company norms and policies.
3. Monitoring and managing the productivity of dealer workshops, ICR, efficiency of dealer manpwer through Auditng and ensuring continous improvements in differnt areas.
Service Operations
1. Proper guiding Workshop staff in attending Customer complaints and ensuring the Customer satisfaction before closing each and every complaint..
2. Handling of critical customer complaints and ensuring the the best service to customers.
3. Taking support from Factory in terms of Technical issues with the product.
4. Giving proper training to all Workshop persoanl apart from the company schedule training.
5. Conducting exams to dealer manpower and certifying employees.
6. Implementing 5S in dealerships.
