Manage and control the Themed Park attractions from Inception to Completion in Hub Zero, Dubai.
Manage and monitor all sub-contractors work for compliance with regard to safety and installation.
Attend designated meetings in house, with the client and with sub-contractors on site
Liaise with the Production in Charge for timely delivery of joinery items and their installation.
Getting Inspections done timely and appropriately by the QA/QC to proceed with subsequent works.
Assist procurement, QS with quantity take-offs for specific works carried out by the sub-contractors.
Implement and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety plan on site, complete with all the necessary documentation as per company policies and procedures
Prepare daily site progress reports for submittal to Senior Management and the Client.
Undertake complete control of the FF&E delivery and Installation for Educational projects such as Schools, Colleges, Institutions, etc.

Liaise with the Commercial department and Logistics Company to ensure timely deliveries to projects.
Develop and maintain the Project schedule in a stringent manner for timely completion.
Attain clearances at site for the smooth execution of work
Implement and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety plan on site, complete with all the necessary documentation as per company policies and procedures
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for submittal to Senior Management and the Client.
Take Sign-Off from the Client on closing of the project and raise Invoices based on the physical quantities.
Dealing with renowned Clientele’ viz. GEMS Educational Group, Al Diyafah, etc.
Projects - FF&E installations in GEMS New Millennium School & GEMS International School, Al Khail; GEMS Cambridge International School, Baniyas, Abu Dhabi, Westminster School, RAK etc.
Undertake complete control of the Interior fit out works for Commercial projects such as Hotels, Restaurants, outlets, etc.
Manage Site Coordinators and fit out supervisors on site.

Coordinate with the Planning Dept. for Program Scheduling and timely updating based on site progress

Liaise with the production department regarding any issues for the project.
Prepare, monitor and tracked all PCO’s (Proposed Change Orders) and CO’s (Change Orders) in accordance with the companies polices and procedures.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for submittal to Management and the Client.
Prepare and handover O&M Manuals, all As-Built drawings to the Client on closing of the project
