Currently working in the Finance and Accounting Department.
• Maintaining day to day processing of accounts transactions to ensure that company finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
• Managing the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivables to ensure that revenues and receivables are reconciled at any given time.
• Recording and performing of AP transactions and ensuring that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with finance policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the GL accounts and accounting transactions for the business unit.
• Issuance/Processing of advance salaries, leave salaries, final settlements, cash salary and monthly salaries,
• Preparing quarterly receivables ageing report,
• Preparing and maintaining transfers of supplier’s payments,
• Issuing, requesting, extensions and follow ups of Letter of Guarantee,
• Disposing off/ transfer of assets to required locations, fixed assets depreciations and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements
