Develop and maintain significant business relationship with assigned brokers and ensure business growth to company
Responsible for profitable growth of business - all lines; achieving pre-assigned targets
Negotiate and close sales of new and renewal business along with follow up regarding sales with the relevant parties
Handling all administration matters relating to Broker's business including liaising with various departments in respect of policy issuance and claims handling.
Assist finance/Accounting Dept. in collection of outstanding premiums whenever needed.
Investigate and resolves complaints and service failures.
Receive all quotation and endorsement requests from key accounts and revert within appropriate timelines
Submission of various reports including Broker Production report, Production Analysis, Receivable status, Ratios and other related financial reports etc. in a comprehensive and timely manner
Work closely with the insurance company/ broker for all lines of insurance across various countries.
Negotiate with Insurer for best terms and lowest premium for all classes of insurances
Served as a point of contact for all concern, approval and reimbursement for medical claim.
Organized Wellness day for employees along with Third Party Adminstrator
Process and record new insurance policies and claims. Ensure there are no breaks in coverages.
Managed all facets of renewal of complete group policy.
Maintained full responsibility for all administrative activities including records, data entry, spreadsheet development, and file management.
Issuance of policies from various online portals
Responsibilities included review of documents received from customer and quality check as per insurance company standard
Ensuring Premiums are competitive
Administrative tasks such as dealing with paperwork, correspondence, keeping detailed records;
Renewing or amending existing policies
Advising clients on risk management and helping to devise new ways to mitigate risks
Collecting insurance premiums and processing accounts.
Negotiate & arrange reinsurance coverage (treaty & Facultative) for risk cover
Manage all correspondence through email & telephone & ensure optimal services & ensure optimal utilization of multiple programmes
Prepare & maintain records of all underwriting policies
Perform on reinsurance monthly quarterly & yearly closing process
Retention of renewal by dispatch of renewal notices & regular follow up with the Clients
Assist & support customer regarding their Insurance problem
Assist Clients with changes in existing policy, resolving payment issues & outstanding customer issues.
Coordinate & support other processing staff. Assist in training new staff.
Prepare reinsurance analysis reports for management reviews.
Spearheading complete Operations of the Branch
Responsibilities included Business Booking, MIS, Reconciliation & Banking (Petty cash, Pay in slip)
