• To help tendering department in making quoting the budget for new projects.
• To keep a track of project progress in order to avoid loss in terms of time (which can lead loss of money).
• To keep a track of material consumption on site to avoid loss.
• Conducting weekly coordination meeting with all the project managers to discuss project progress and risks.
• Report overall progress and risk factors to MD/Deputy MD.
• Working as an interface between Top management, tendering and procurements departments.
Role As Project Manager/ Project Lead:
•Responsible for managing overall end to end project.
•Responsible for on time delivery of Project with less UAT defects.
•Conducting regular meetings with Team leads and Project leads to improve the efficiency of
the team.
•Produce a progress report monthly.
•Review the risk register monthly.
•Review weekly progress reports of Team Principals.

guidelines for the team member to understand module and perform with quality deliverables.
