Main responsibilities:
Managing all cold stores with efficiency, speed & cost effectiveness, oversee day-to-day logistics operations including recently launched e-com business and ensuring good warehouse practices are in place and followed.
Planning & scheduling daily inbound shipments, ensuring efficient space utilization and proper storage of goods. Monitoring daily order preparation & outbound deliveries and insuring on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders.
Resolving daily operational issues concerning customers and 3PL companies.
Working closely with sales team, communicating on slow moving items, providing periodic aging reports and attending their daily requirements.

Planned, managed & controlled supply chain activities; receiving of raw materials, storage, inventory movement, and distribution of finished goods.
Forecasted and controlled optimal levels of inventory. Re-ordering and scheduling deliveries of Raw materials.

Look after the entire planning process, including procurement, inventory control, logistics and distribution.
Insured that the proper resources are made available to the execution of the projects. Monitored inventory management. Oversee the execution of all projects and ensure that they are in line with the set budget and meet the project milestones.
