• Operates in a matrix environment working with country teams within
Middle East and North Africa Region. Providing support and guidance to
9 countries in MENA Region including UAE, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain,
Kuwait, Lebanon, Algeria and Turkey.
• Provide comprehensive management and executive support by
monitoring department costs reports and effectively reduce cost.
• Optimize customer satisfaction by understanding the needs of internal
and external customers thus contributing towards the overall perception
of Security Risk and the Bank as a whole.
• Consolidation, review and analysis of business performances, invoices
from group offices and losses on monthly basis and submission of review
reports to management.
• Ensure all aspects of the role are carried out and accurately conduct
audits in a timely manner.
Ensure that all disbursements are made timely to developers, sellers and
buyers as per LOA.
• Constantly support and guide staff in processing of mortgage loans.
• Managing the schedules for transfer staffs and ensuring the accuracy of
documents taken for the transfers.
• Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers and creating
credit scoring models for risk assessments.
• Check all loans and lending procedures comply with banking regulations.

Undertake Financial Analysis and provide timely financial information
and advice to the Manager, Financial Administration on grants and
financial management issues.
• Preparing all financial and management returns and assets and lability
committee (ALCO) for Oman, Bahrain and BBO for onwards submission
to Group Head Office based in Jersey
• Monitoring and review of balance sheet and provide regular support to
the branch offices in UAE
• Preparation / Consolidation of credit related returns submitted by UAE
branches and onward submission to Middle East Head office/ Group Head
Quarters and UAE Central Bank.
• Preparation of monthly/ quarterly Group Returns Chart of Accounts,
Profit & Loss statements, commentary analysis and UAE forecast
UCP(Uniform Customs and Practices) 500/600 and URC (Uniform Rules for Collections) 522.
• Processing of Documentary Credit (DC) applications and assisting customers in opening Letter of Credit
