• Implement Project Management, LEAN & APQP Best practices to improve program metrics such as On-time delivery, First Time Quality, Cycle Time reductions, Productivity, Cost of Poor Quality.
• Manage Triple Constraints for Airline supply chain projects across APAC Supply Chain.
• Led green field/brown field strategic projects to build a new 44, 000 sqft facility helping grow Boeing's production/testing lab foot-print in India.
