Roles & Responsibilities: (Power Plants ie Thermal, Hydro, Solar)
Responsible for Sales-Service Business development in India.
Responsible for Tendering & Timely submission of Proposals to Clients in India.
Responsible for Sales & Tendering of Renovation & Modernization services, Spare parts, Training, Maintenance for Electricals of Power Plants (Thermal, Hydro, Solar).
Responsible for tendering & Proposals and also submitting price bid/quotation in government organization.
Map business potential in region & generate opportunities for Service business (Presently Pan India Scale).
Plan, Monitor & achieve sales volume / Value & account receivables as per business plan.
Responsible for AMC’s proposal as per customer’s need & budget and convert them into orders.
Creating & submitting quotation to the customer & finalize the order by customer interaction & negotiation.
Following up the invoices & then payment collections against supplied services ie. R&M, Retrofitting, AMCs, Spares.
Exploring & Mapping of new ABB Power Plant Projects coming up in India.
Direct Reporting to Country Service Head on regular basis on region performance, competitor information, customer feedback.
TECHNICAL ROLES
Overseeing the requirement of Renovation and Modernization of Power Plants in India for various State Electricity Boards as well as PSUs.
Requirement of Annual Maintenance Contracts and Spares requirement for the complete power plant.
Tendering & Technical Proposal making as well as Full cost calculation for R&M Projects.

Responsibilities:
Heading the Electrical Maintenance Department
Handled Closure of complaints through SAP, managing Breakdown Maintenance of Power
Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs for Water treatment Plant of capacity 120 MLD.
Receiving emergency complaint from control room, reaching site within benchmarked time, assessment, and categorization.
Technical Roles:
Overseeing the operations & maintenance of 390 LT as well as HT motors and LV/MV panel along with all shut down activities.
Participated in annual overhauling of motors form 0.415 KV to 11KV, LV Panels, MV Panels.
Fault correction and route cause analysis in case of breakdown.
Installation/Commissioning and Maintenance of New Motors as well as LV panels/MV Panels.
