•3F Oil Palm, A.P: 30TPH Palm Oil Mill with Consortium Partners - M/s Besteel Berhad, Malaysia.
•3F Oil Palm, Andhra Pradesh: 250TPD Refinery for Crude Palm Oil (30TPH Palm Oil Mill).
•IPS-Indonesia: Biogas Generation for 2x1MW Gas Gensets from 300mr/day Palm Oil Mill Waste.
•3F Oil Palm, A.P: 15TPH Palm Oil Mill with M/s Besteel, Malaysia (Tilting Sterilizers Technology).
Key Deliverables:
•Understanding the deliverables, soft commitments by thorough study of contract, MOMs and various correspondences pre-sales and post sales.
•Weekly and monthly monitoring of sales targets, coordinating sales & marketing methodology with different departments’ HOD, analyze and evaluation of sales achievements and future upcoming scope of projects.
•Detail Engineering for in house & bought out products specially mechanical items like Blower, Pump, Valves, Pipes, Plates, structural material, etc.
•Inspections at manufacturers end and ensuring proper supply of the material with correct measures of packing (especially for overseas projects).
•Ensuring successful Erection & commissioning (mechanical & electrical) at project site.

Accomplishments:
•Executed a Biogas Production Project at IPS, Indonesia. Technology being used is the 1st time in the world with 18% solid content in the mixture feed which inturn generates 5MWD.
•Got back to back orders from M/s Green Food (Sudan) and M/s Karma Refinery (Nigeria).
•Completed an 8TPH Boiler project at Green food, Sudan.
•Got handover letters from various clients such as IJM (Malaysia), IPS (Indonesia), Bentonit (Indonesia), Green Food (Sudan), Karma Milk (Nigeria).
•Introduced the ‘Tilting Sterilizer’ technology for the 1st time in India and commissioned successfully in consultation with Besteel, Malaysia.
•Got letter of appreciation for the commendable service at site from IPS (Indonesia), 3FOP
•Managed to enter in the approved vendor list for big PSU’s like NTPC, BHEL, SAIL.
•Managed to manufacture a Screw Press Machine with association with Hiller (an Indian manufacturer) with similar design from reputed Malaysian suppliers like EMI, YKL, Palmwolfe).
