·Display check.Replenish of Display and cleaning of counter

·Resolving queries related to Sellers/ merchants who are selling on Amazon platform.

·Analysis of complex issues regarding the order management process and solving those issues on consultation with engineers
·Fixing up detail page related issues on Amazon platform.

·Root cause analysis of PRR issues and fixing the PRR scores from team perspective
·Special project on feedback analysis from Sellers/merchants.
