Currently working as a senior analyst with the coprorate finance and strategy consulting team of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising client on thier strategies and charting out plans on improving their capital market position and improving the long term shareholder value creation. Current tools i use in my day to day work include: financial models including DCF, relative valuation, and TSR models along with corporate presentations. Have worked on various business valuations using discounted cash flow (DCF) methods as well as market comparable analysis and feasibility studies as well as due diligence. Further has experience with real estate and M&A projects as well. Have deep experience with analysis tools like Bloomberg, Thomson reuters, Zawya and MS Excel.
Worked with Deal Advisory / Corporate finance advisory team for a period of 3 months where my responsibilities included secondary market research and preparation of basic financial models and baseline financial analysis for valuation assignments. During my tenor there i have worked on 2 valuation assignments as well as a due diligence project for a telecom company.
Worked on oracle ERP implementation and data migration, business transformation and feasibility study.
Worked on preparing audit review documents and basic financial statement analysis
Completed MBA Finance with distinction from VTU and did specialisation in Finance. For university project worked on a feasibility model for a hotel development which received appreciation from university evaluators.
