- Assisting with credit applications for potential and existent customers so as to improve profit margins and reduce lending costs, as well as ensuring that our overdue balance does not get skewed due to customer payment cycles.

- Tasked with chasing outstanding debts in MEA in order to maintain debt profile target, and to reduce risk exposure of company funds.

- Maintaining and updating Master data for greater transparency and data authenticity.

- Arranging conference calls to get a hands-on experience and understanding the issues faced by our local operations team under our region.

- Facilitating write-offs and credit notes to clean up our balance sheets.

- Temporarily tasked with Payables; Ensuring smooth running of operations, targeting vendor invoice brackets in order to maintain better working capital cycle.
