Accomplishments:
Provided thought leadership in creating and implementing project strategies for achieving established revenue goals - 35 M USD, year 2020 of the division.
Instrumental in driving rigor and discipline in financial management, there by reversing negative cash flow by leading invoicing & collection, resolving pending issues and agreeing a payment schedule with customers. To collect 8MUSD overdue amount by 2020.
Played a key role in recovering 80% of Backlog orders in the year 2018 & 2019, from 10 M USD backlog orders/open orders from year 2009, which was affecting yearly revenue.
Under my leadership accelerated on-time project delivery- improved OTD percentage to 90%, since 2019. In a scenario where on time delivery of the projects was less than 75%
Registered 2 to 5% net margin improvement on major projects by saving suppliers contract price with negotiation skill in year 2020. Attained this challenging task by estimating completion cost, monitoring each cost element on the project, partnering with SCM team in negotiation price with supplier, monitoring scope and securing change orders to avoid cost over runs.
Earned accolades for delivering challenging projects- M/s Saudi Electricity Company for providing best solution to reduce soil resistivity of HV Substations, July 2010.

Commissioning of new instruments, Test Field Up-gradation & Test Field Maintenance activities ensuring compliance to safety requirements.

Guiding staff (technicians & supervisors) to complete the tasks successfully on time.
