Definition development strategy of LAN/WAN, Data Centers LAN for Inter RAO Group as a whole, and for each subsidiary specifically. Supervision of network building/development projects, the key role in idea generation, design approach and hardware selection for each site. Estimation network infrastructures in efficiency, security, and disaster recovery areas. Heterogeneous network incidents analysis and problem solving. Generation conceptual/logical architectures, system documents, test plans, and risk assessments.
Implementation and Tier 3 support of complex network topologies including routers, switches, firewalls and wireless systems. Leading networking teams, in the Headquarters and in the affiliated companies.
Accomplishments:
o Designed and implemented multitenant Enterprise Data Center based on Cisco Nexus hardware, was started one year earlier than expected;
o Actively involved in project of building resilient and distributed system of enterprise Data Centers and creation of Private Cloud with emphasis on network virtualization;
o Implemented Points of Presence (PoP) and Transit Network Nodes on Internet Exchanges such as MSK-IX allows to provide services to customers through anyone ISP;
o Enterprise MPLS VPN technology implemented in the Headquarter campus and in the backbone networks, made available to increase network security without usage additional firewalls, therefore cost of project has been decreased;
o Organized disaster tolerant network nodes on Power Plants and Power Trading Companies. Implemented standardized configuration streamline troubleshooting operations and hardware interchanging;
o Successfully completed research in abilities of NGFWs of different vendors, the most suitable platform was selected.
o Completed security assessment of usage Internet resources, as a result Internet access was secured, based on User-ID and Application ID provided by Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) Palo Alto Networks which were integrated;
o Full cycle of migration of network infrastructure and data resources to new network environment with consistent IP address plan were realized;
o Provided fault tolerance by BGP multihoming, device and communication lines reservation, organized ISP independent (PI) IPv4 address block and BGPv4 Autonomous System Number (BGP ASN);
Implementation and Tier 3 support of complex virtualized network nodes consisting of: routers, switches, firewalls and VoIP systems. Problem solving, network environments assessment in fields of efficiency, security, disaster recovery, and ability for secure integration in enterprise WAN. Performing monitoring network devices, capacity analysis.
Accomplishments:
o About 35 disaster tolerant virtualized network nodes were organized on affiliated companies’ sites, which were integrated in Enterprise WAN;
o Implemented Point of Presence (PoP) and Transit Network Node on Internet Exchange MSK-IX;
o Monitoring tools (Cisco Works LMS) was Implemented and tuned for hardware observing;
o CUCM route-patterns and numbering plan were optimized for decreasing leased lines cost. Long support distributed cluster;
o AAA system (Cisco Secure ACS) was integrated for hardware management access, also 802.1.x user authentication by MAB were deployed where it was applicable.
o Implemented multitenant Enterprise Data Center LAN based on Cisco Catalyst 6500 in the core layer and Cisco Nexus 5k/2k in the access layer.
o Provided full onsite support for State Corporation of Nuclear Energy and for its subsidiaries.
Deployment and support bank`s network environment including routers, switches and firewalls.
Risks assessments, problems solving in efficiency, security, and disaster recovery areas. Capacity planning, and network documentation.
Accomplishments:
o Implemented Enterprise core layer based on Cisco Catalyst 6500;
o Organized 15 disaster tolerant network nodes on the bank subsidiary sites;
o VPN IPSec connection scheme was deployed between processing center and ATMs;
o Information privacy provisioned by organization encrypted DMVPN clouds;
The process of graduating ongoing now. I am studying remotely by Internet. Above it I graduated in these disciplines: o Cisco ICND, BSCI, BCMSN, ISCW, ONT, CITT, DCUFI, DCNX7K, AMPLS, ASR9KE, SISE courses. o Cisco CCNA exam passed in 2007. o Cisco CCNP certificate holder since 2009. o Juniper JNCIA-EX exam passed in 2009. o CCIE R&S v5 ongoing.
