• Responsible for Implementing document control procedure, document numbering system & correspondence procedure, on the new sites and regular support.
• Train Document Controllers & Asst. Document Controllers at sites for documentation and filing procedure both manual & electronic as per Integrated Management System & Quality Manual.
• Implementation of EDMS (VBC) and Training to Document Controllers at site.
• Train site users for Document Management System Dash board.
• Responsible for handling all older documents and archiving through external Agency and retrieval as and when required.
• Ensured that all archived documents were stored in compliance with the relevant policy both in Hard & Soft Copy & Upload in VBC.
• Support for Legal & Claims Team for arranging scanning & soft copies of Legally, Contractually & commercially important documents of closed projects as per requirement of Legal Department & Claims Team as and when required.
• Associated with Burj Khalifa Claims Team with M/s. Black Rock & Burj Lake Hotel Claims.

Dealing with all Clerical Jobs related to personnel administration, Proucrement, Material Management, documentation, Contracts/Tendering, supply orders, Legal etc.
