The group comprises of the holding company in Singapore, two factories and management entities in Vietnam for manufacturing, and another 3 entities in New Zealand which are project based.

Achievement till date - Led and completed a full process of technical, financial, and legal due diligence for Goldman Sachs Australia to acquire the 60% shareholding of TLC Modular group from SHS Holdings Ltd. Contribute effectively to restructure the group under the Singapore structure to meet OIO necessary regulations in NZ market. Assist in acquisition of new factory in Vietnam to increase manufacturing capacity and ramp up.
The restructure and divestment will result in securing new lines of credit around USD 20m and another line of NZD 39m as junior debt for our development project in Auckland. Senior debt negotiations with a leading NZ bank are getting close to completion. CPs under completion currently across all regions of Singapore, NZ, and Vietnam.
• Provide leadership, direction and strategic inputs to the CEO and Shareholders.
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stake holders.
• Run the EMT meetings and actions to improve the bottom line and business growth.
• Manage the financial analysis, information to investors, forecasting, budgets, long term financial planning, reporting and documentation requirements.
• Co-ordinate with the legal team across geographies to safeguard business interests and decision making.
• Process automation for AP and inventory activities. Digitization of factory operations to save costs and value generation.
• Lead the relationship with the company’s auditors, bankers, insurers and other external partners.
• Review, implement, modify, and own the financial, HR and IT related procedures.
• Define, implement, and maintain scalable, robust, and efficient financial control and reporting processes.
• Lead commercial discussions on arrangement and monitoring of financing facilities and develop relationships with current and future providers of funding.
• Lead in all aspects of fundraising and M&A. Own the process and creatively apply solutions for working capital, debt and equity structuring for Joint Ventures.
• Transfer pricing arrangements, WHT, VAT & GST in respective regions.

• Leading a team of 4 accountants and 6 cashiers in managing day to day finance & accounts related transactions for a JV between AMA Group and National Express of UK to provide public transport services to the Kingdom of Bahrain having a fleet of 141 buses ranging from 8 meters to 12.8 meters. Also discharging additional responsibilities for managing procurement and facility management of properties.
• Negotiate with banks for obtaining project CAPEX and W. Capital financing aimed at maintaining steady cash flow for existing as well as future business ventures of the organization.
• Define & implement financial policies and procedures, authority matrix; manage asset financing & allocations based on board approved model.
• Conduct budget & financial analysis and assist department managers in effectively implementing budgets for maintaining departmental profitability.
• Participate in vendor negotiations for ensuring cost effectiveness in various procurement activities aimed at maintaining organizational bottom lines.
