* Coordinate and directed the warehouse staff’s and sales
representatives.
* To do customs of Company distribution network in all
GCC countries and India
* Handling more than 16 leading Toys brands Such as V
tech, Crayola, Mjx R/C technic, Play color, Imperial,
Lotus, Baby Moov, Hasbro, Crayola Blocks, D-Power,
Yakko Hog wild. Bumbo, Blue Rocket, Tiny Love,
Lego.
* Detailed Knowledge on Exporting goods by Road Cargo,
Freight Cargo and Ship cargo.
* Confirm proper and timely delivery of products Track and
account of all products by tally & POD tracker.
* Prepare shipment documents before dispatching orders and
make the custom process.
* Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet
quality and delivery requirements.
Maintaining minimum Stock of Materials in store &
Taking Inventory on Frequent period of times to find
Missing / Expiry items
* Following HACCP Strictly for Food Items like (Milk,
Cheese, Chilled Meats & Frozen Meets)
* Checking on Damage / Spoilage items before receiving and
Providing Short delivery note on Invoice and daily
checking on proper store temperature to avoid spoilage of
material.
* Doing Physical inventory reconciliation of each store to
match system stock and computer stock before month
closing.
* To find the new suppliers with high performance to
improve the process.to ensure the quality and other aspects
of that product.
* Make the suitable delivery plan for the suppliers and
venders to keep the workflow in effective way.
* Making the updates on the deals with the suppliers and the
transporters in the regular time frame.
