• As an Assistant Manager handling an Account and working closely with the AVP and Client to understand the criticality or urgency of the requirement in order to cater the client with the best and perfect fit to the project without any hiccups

• Taking Care of Business Development, Client Management and Complete Delivery
• Leading a team of 15 Recruiters
• Often Interacting with the client/hiring manager to understand the business requirements and facilitate the client with the right profiles to fulfill the business needs
• Interaction with client/hiring managers to understand the requirement specifications to facilitate the team/recruiters with the exact keywords/search words to find out the perfect fit to the project accordingly as per the client’s specifications a single point of contact
• Developing team talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, Networking, Internet sourcing through various portals, Job Posting Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS reports generation - exhibiting number of technical rejects, number of rejects, Candidates on hold, Number of interview happened and number of offers created/generated
• Rate Negotiations to make good profits
• Approving offers
• Passing the feedback to the respective team member’s on the profiles submitted to client
• Following up with the respective recruiter’s/team member’s regarding the candidates initial and further technical interview schedules depending on the client’s feedback
• Facilitating the team members/recruiters with tips in judging a resource/consultant post selection
• Confirming the DOJ of selected resource to the client after a successful discussion with the respective resource
• Following up with the team members till the offered candidates are on-boarded at the clients place
• Involved in Training Recruiters/new joiners’ (Fresher)
• Processing the papers of the selected candidates

A Study on Effectiveness of Induction Training Program at Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited, Bidadi, Bangalore., served in improving the knowledge about the Induction Training Program and learnt its importance and effectiveness in the corporate, which also facilitated in revitalizing and introducing a new process of Induction Training Program in the Company. Besides it also gave brief information about the HR-Training Department and the various Training programs organized by the Training Department with the purpose. I was offered by Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Bidadi, Bangalore, but because of my own aspirations I have to reject.
