Execution of works: Blockwork, Plastering, Water Proofing, Tiling, Marble Flooring, Painting, Door and Window,
concrete, Reinforcement, structures, Glazing works and Metal works as per Cushman and Wakefield standards for clients.
 Constantly move the progress of the Activity as per schedule and to be complete it before this date.
 Progress tracking and document keeping these are added advantage to this activity for projects to speed up as per timeline.
 Sub-contractors work managements in works progress and make it those all of work activity get it done as per client
priority and scheduled slots without any lagging delay
 Making to quick solution into the lacking area.
 Main works are in there 165 flats handover to customers for alembic and 10 floor office for reliance.
 Project planning for commercial and residential project including with quality management.
 Coordination and liaising with clients, consultants and sub-contractor

Responsible for site works, directing and inspection by coordinating together Technical & management aspects of
projects.
 Constantly move the progress of the Activity as per schedule of projects
 Construction Site Engineer/project execution for villas and apartment in shriram shreshta.
 Quality inspection of Civil Works as per technical Aspect / should be under checklist specifications with work details.
 Able to Read Working Drawings and the same to be executed on site
 Ensuring all documentation is up to date and well-kept which are related to construction works.
 Block Work/Plastering/Finishing/Tiles/Pop/Colour paints/concreting work include with structures works.
 Working in AUTOCAD Drawings by incorporate new things further make for Additional & customization drawings.
 Coordination and liaising with clients, consultants and sub-contractor
 Attend meeting to resolve any dispute with client and find out the optimal solutions
 Certification works for claiming value with coordinating the Approving Manager
 Co Ordinate With Technical Head to move construction projects
