Coordination and liaising with clients, consultants and sub-contractor
Responsible for site works, directing and inspection by coordinating together Technical & management aspects of
projects.
Constantly move the progress of the Activity as per schedule of projects
Construction Site Engineer/project execution for villas and apartment in shriram shreshta.
Quality inspection of Civil Works as per technical Aspect / should be under checklist specifications with work details.
Able to Read Working Drawings and the same to be executed on site
Ensuring all documentation is up to date and well-kept which are related to construction works.
Block Work/Plastering/Finishing/Tiles/Pop/Colour paints/concreting work include with structures works.
Working in AUTOCAD Drawings by incorporate new things further make for Additional & customization drawings.
Coordination and liaising with clients, consultants and sub-contractor
Attend meeting to resolve any dispute with client and find out the optimal solutions
Certification works for claiming value with coordinating the Approving Manager
Co Ordinate With Technical Head to move construction projects
