• Develop and maintain professional understanding of customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with the Manager in assisting clients in accomplishing their desired objectives.
• Perform as the key contact to the client/customer.
• Ensure to alert the Manager with respect to any delays and scheduled response of the client.
• Review and check all the documents.
• Collect mandatory information to analyze the client’s situation.
• Develop and oversee relationships with clients performing alongside the Manager to ensure top level service is provided to the clients.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, MoMs, memos and emails
• Maintain documents filing and registration system
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for CEO and sales personnel
• Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
• Maintain office supply inventories and other requirements
• Responsible for company registration where ever required
• Gather, record and maintain data for each employee, including such information as labor contract, joining reports, copies of documents, attendance, sick leaves, annual leaves, addresses, dates of and reasons for terminations etc.
- Assist the Senior Analyst on data gathering.
- Monitor the interest and inflation rates
- Analyze the movement of the stock market.
- Read and gather news inside and outside the country.
• Service existing accounts and establish relationship with new accounts.
• Determine requirements.
• Answer inquiries by understanding the information stated by the client.
• Resolves issues of the client by giving solutions based on their needs.
• Fulfills request by clarifying desired information.
• Completing transactions.
• Forwarding requests to the demanded person.
