Job Description:-
Installation, testing & commissioning of gas leak detection system for Centralized LPG/SNG and Diesel distribution System.
Key Result Areas:
Site survey along with client and consultant
Assisting draughtsman with inputs for design layout, shop drawings, preparing BOQ, red line and as-built drawings
Follow up with procurement department for materials
Preparing work schedule, Site supervision and coordinating all the site activities
Monitoring Electrical and mechanicals works of LPG, SNG and Diesel systems.
Preparation of work instructions, method statements, and inspection request of all electrical and instrumentation works.
Handling multiple system and device such as Gas/Diesel control panel, Gas detectors, Vaporizer, Pneumatic system, cathodic protection for Underground tanks, and PRS.
Programming & interfacing of conventional and addressable control panel system
Fully automatic safety system checks, Fire interface, BMS interface and corrective Actions.
Attending QCCD Inspection and WOQOD Inspection.

Key Result Areas:
Preparation of Project Planning, Manpower Requirements, for Project Execution.
Quantifying the Materials, as per the Drawings.
Procure the ordered Materials and executing the Project with the related Drawings.
Coordinating with the other departments for the execution of Electrical Systems.
Carrying-out Installations, Terminations, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Systems.
Giving work target for every day as per planning.
Supervising the team activities in order to complete the work within specific time.

Manufacturing, testing and Commissioning of CNC Automation machine for various application such as Lath, Milling and VTL.
Key Result Areas:
Categorizing customer requirements and designing the products as per the requirements.
Contact Electrical Product’s Suppliers to quote for the required Materials.
Coordinating with the other departments.
Responsible for servicing and maintenance of equipment.
Qualifying the final product or system.
Monitoring products in use to improve on future design.
Keeping in line with the latest developments and technology.
Undertaking R&D works with NC Controller.
B.E (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) with 1st class (71.4 percentages) from Anna University, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.
Higher secondary with 82.9 percentages, from St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Kanyakumari, Taminadu, India.
