• Integrated Contracts Management Guidelines: Assist in establishing comprehensive
guidelines for integrated contract management processes. Ensure consistency in the
execution and monitoring of contracts across the organization.
• Contracts Management Assessment Framework : Develop frameworks and processes for
conducting thorough contracts management assessments. Perform regular maintenance
health assessments in line with the organizations strategic objectives.
• Frequent Facilities Assessments : Conduct frequent assessments of facilities in terms of
contract management, planning, procurement, and administration. Regularly evaluate the
effectiveness of existing systems and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Data Collection & Analysis : Collect and analyze relevant data on facilities performance in
contract management. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of performance data to monitor
progress and maintain quality standards.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Development : Assist in preparing, developing, and
measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for contracts management. Ensure that KPIs
align with organizational goals and facilitate the tracking of performance against targets.
• Performance Benchmarking & Gap Analysis: Benchmark the organizations performance
to identify existing gaps in contract management and maintenance. Develop sustainable
plans to close identified gaps, ensuring long-term success
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and
IT to ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments, and to
eliminate bottlenecks in the sales pipeline.
• End-to-End contract Management: End-to-end contract management involves overseeing
the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation and drafting through to execution,
performance monitoring, compliance, and eventual renewal or closeout, ensuring
alignment with organizational goals, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of agreed
outcomes.
• Training Material : Create and maintain contract playbooks, guides, templates, and
competitive intelligence to ensure sales reps have the necessary resources to perform
effectively. Promote the use of contract/sales tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales
enablement platforms to improve productivity and consisten.
• Team Management and Training new teammates/sales reps: Effective contract
management training is essential for empowering contract management specialists and
analysts to excel in their roles. As part of the training program, I will focus on equipping the
team with a thorough understanding of new processes, tools, and systems to enhance their
efficiency and performance. By providing ongoing support and targeted learning
opportunities, I will ensure that staff are well-prepared to handle day-to-day operations
effectively, navigate complex contract scenarios, and stay updated on best practices. This
