• Handling 21 members of team
• Handling first level escalations from the IAF
• Maintaining smart Asset, ODC's information and Projects Information of IAF.
• Fulfilling the requirements of IAF by coordinating with HCL Info systems.
• Resolving day-to-day issues of users through remedy tickets and ensuring that the ticket count should be zero by EOD.
• Installing and Troubleshooting of Operating Systems of all Windows Family.
• Good experience over troubleshooting the MS Outlook issues.
• Deploying updates, Services Packs and Patches through SCCM Tool.
• Installing and deploying databases like Oracle, SQL Server & Visual Studio on windows and Linux.
• IT asset management using CA agent
• Monitoring Antivirus updates and patches on Symantec, MacAfee and CA.
• Configuring and managing Users and Groups using Active Directory services and Database.
