Maintaining distribution schedules to ensure proper fleet capacity utilization and delivery lead-time.
• Managing fleet, coordinating with Home Appliance Installation Teams and Delivery Teams, training entire Teams on Proper protocol managing and arranging deliveries and Installations
•Handling customer complaints and resolving within identified Company’s KPI.
•Follow up with the 3rd party delivery agents through calls and the tracking system (Online Deliveries within hours Deliveries)
•Supervise overall 30 trucks Home Deliveries, Co-op Deliveries, Show Room Deliveries, Hypermarket Deliveries and Maintenance Vans with their teams (30 Drivers and *55 Technicians & Helpers)
•Sending Reports to Management on daily Home Appliance Delivery & Installation and Maintenance performance reports.
•Hiring drivers, Helpers and Technicians.
•Printing system documents related to each order and customer complaints
•Point of contact between customers and various departments for correspondence related to orders, customer complaints and returns
•Log information in systems regularly with necessary updates related to orders, deliveries, Installations and Maintenance, customer complaints, order cancellation and returns
•Plans work effectively to fulfil the responsibilities on time and without delay
•Motivating and organizing and encouraging the team work within the workforce to ensure certain level of professionalism

Responsibilities:
•Plans and directs the Home Appliance Delivery & Installation Teams and Maintenances operations across all Kuwait areas.
•Monitor activities and assures improvement and development over all Home deliveries, Co-op Deliveries, Hypermarket Deliveries, Show Room Deliveries and Express Deliveries (within Hours)
•Periodic training assign to the fleet to keep a certain level of excellence.
•Assists in developing and planning for all activities covering all aspects of delivery & Installation Operations.
•Motivating and organizing and encouraging the team work within the workforce to ensure certain level of professionalism.
•Supervise all trucks with their teams.
•TRACKING ALL TRUCKS & Vans WITH GPS.
•Lead a Fleet consists from almost 50 between Installation & Delivery Teams

•Taking care of all VIP Deliveries.
