Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the approved contract project Quality plan.
Review EPC Contractor’s Quality Control procedures, Welding Procedure Specification, Painting procedures, Non Destructive Examination procedure and QA/QC documents are in line with COMPANY engineering specification and Scope of Work.
Monitoring and Implementation of COMPANY project quality system and ensure that the Quality Control is effectively implemented by contractor.
Coordinate all inspections and TPI’s for monitoring and witnessing the required tests and record inspections and tests per the contract inspection and test Plan and company Specifications
Witness all inspection activities in line with approved procedure and Quality Control Plan
Review the EPC Contractor’s quality reports and resolve quality concern
Liaising with project team members and Senior Quality Representative to resolve quality problems.
Liaise with the Client's representatives for the conduct of day-to-day quality related project activities.
Monitor and hold authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and ensure corrective actions are taken of noted deficiencies.
Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices.
Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project.

Responsibility

Responsibility
Review of Material certificates as per the code and project specifications.
Supervising and monitoring all welding related inspection activities.
Preparing & reviewing of welding related Method statements.
Review and interpretation of RT films as per codes and specifications.
Reviewing of Sub-Contractors Inspection & Test plan, Project quality plan, Welding procedure Specification, NDT procedures & Method statement.
Witnessing the Welding Procedure qualification test as per the ASME Sec IX, AWS D1.1.
Review and approving the Welding Procedure Specification.
Witnessing of PQR Mechanical testing.
Witnessing of Welder qualification Test as per ASME Sec IX, AWS D1.1.
Inspecting the pressure vessels as per the ASME Sec VIII Div 1.
Ensure that inspection stages are carried out in line with approved inspection plans and/ or procedures.
Identify and report nonconformities to specified requirements. Monitor and verify agreed corrective actions.
Prepare periodic reports covering the relevant inspection activities and the resultant observations.
Preparing the final punch list for the wellhead jackets and decks.
Visual inspection & Witness for safety valve/ Gate / Globe valve testing. Material Inspection as per supplier/manufacture document/mill certificate, witness of mechanical test and visual inspection.
