• Involved in preparing design program, scope of works and RFPs, evaluating proposals and negotiating contract terms

• Overseeing, guiding and coordinating design efforts of all architects, design firms and service consultants from concept through all stages till construction documentation
• Involved in procurement, contracts, budgets, project controls, schedules and risk management processes within the firm.
• Coordinating and translating design ideas to stakeholders, creating document templates for feedback and approvals and creating proper channel for information flow from stakeholders to design firms.
Experience in managing and supervising small and medium office projects.

office and ball bearing R&D facility on 7 acres plot at White
field. In base building scope I was involved in construction
Documentation and administration and as Client’s single point contact.
As interior designer led a team and worked closely with client and project managers from concept stage till completion.
As Project architect/in-charge completed MS Campus during 2003-2007
MS Campus in Hyderabad is USGBC gold rated 1.75 million campus style office and R&D facility spread over 54 acres of land at Gachibowli.
Worked with RSP Director Design and client to develop
master plan, building layouts, space planning and building
aesthetics, phasing strategies.
Led team of 10 professionals to produce construction
documents with close interaction with consultants, security
agencies and risk management advisors, USGBC consultants.
As an Associate and project in-charge completed GE
Campus during 2007-2009 Health Care R&D facility and
office space of 4.0 lacs in 50 acres existing campus involved
integrating new block in the master plan and propose
planning for future phases.
Led team of 8 professionals in completing Building having
precise technical requirements and stringent EHS norms.
2007 - 2008 worked on design development of Purva Grand
Palms Kochi.
2008-2009 was involved in development of concepts and

2008 -2009 developed concept design of Residential projects for Brigade at Mysore road.
As an Associate and project architect worked with HOK
Houston to develop and produce construction documents for
Hines Multi-tenanted Complex in Gurgaon during 2008-
