Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Hyderbad International Airport Expansion Project
•Executes the specific inspections on materials and construction/installation activities on site.
•Performing Prepour checks as per GFC drawing for Reinforcement, Shuttering & Finishing Activities.
•Conducting field test & pre-paving checks on Taxiways & Aprons..
•Supervisor and Labor training conducting for higher quality of work and reducing the client compliant and NCR.
•Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications, quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
•Looking after all quality related issues at site and solving in time.

 Concrete productionation batching plant and checking quality of the same as per approved Quality Assurance plans, as well as the ability to handle Quality control lab with sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the specified standards.

 Establishing quality control laboratory as per the tender documents and standards.

 Preparing DLR & DPR Report of Daily Basis.

 Assigning day to day activities to the subordinates and getting work done from them accordingly as per the standards, quality assurance plans and technical specification.
 Preparing Quality system work procedures and work methodology for all construction activities as per the technical specification and standards.
 Preparing mix design reports for different grade of concrete.
 Organizing and Conducting tests on fresh and hardened concrete, concrete making materials as per the standards and specifications.
 Preparation of report for the above functions.
 Organize sampling of materials and arrange for testing in out station laboratories in co-ordination.
 Conduct batching plant calibration and qualification exercise.
 Monitoring concrete production at batching plant and checking quality of the same as per approved Quality Assurance plan.
 Preparation of Reconciliation statement of concrete, cement, steel and structural steel.
 Preparation of daily concrete production reports.
 Preparing MAR reports for all incoming materials like Steel, Cement, Admixure, Structural steel.

 Conduct Admixture qualification tests for
every new batch as per ASTM C 494 & IS 9103.

 Looking after all quality related issues at site
and solved out the things.

 Preparing and maintaining all QA/QC
documents.

Construction of Tsunami Protection Bund and Retaining Wall for 500 MWe PFBR Project at Kalpakkam and Multi Storey Building Projects.
•Refering whole scope of Projects and calculating quantity take-off of projects from the Engineering Drawings.
•Comparing project BID quantity and real engineering quantities of projects.
•Responsible for managing all the Project Costs from the foundation to the completion.
•Checking Sub-Contractor quantity calculation and billing.
•Managing and solving site activities and issues.
•Attending meeting to discuss about the overall progress and the completion based on real situation.
•Checking and valuating all the completion of works.
•Preparing cost analysis report Vs BID Cost.
•Produding monthly actual cost and cost planned. Preaparing Cost Flow Information.
•Liaise with Site workers to explain the daily activities and mainly explaining the project schedule completion.
•Checking the revision of drawings, calculating the Quantity impacts and cost impacts.
•Attending daily site workers meeting to push them for the completion.
•Showing the clear situation of Manpower, Material and Engineering impacts in construction to the management
