Responsible for overall steel structural project quantity from planning, fabricating and erecting the same as per client ensuring to installation.
Drawing study for new projects. Preparing shop drawings from design contractor with site measurement and RFC design drawing. Studying fabrication drawings and preparing material list, checking as per drawing required steel quantities received in material yard.
Preparing quotation for the fabrication works as per the client specification and requirements.
Manpower controlling, issuing all shop drawings for fabrication.
Quality inspection checking as per client requirement in each stage of fabrication and erection.
Daily and weekly structural progress mailing to client and General Manager.
Preparing structural RA Bills for client and submitting the same with details.
Preparing reconciliation of structural bills for client
Conducting safety meeting and work status meeting with sub contractor supervisors at site.
Coordinate numerous activities of both civil and structural among various engineers at site.
Controlling the fabrication department of 20 workers, doing Dewa Substation projects like Roof truss, Handrails, Ladders, Car Sheds, Ware houses. Responsible for overall steel structural project quantity from planning, fabricating and erecting the same as per client ensuring to installation.

ENERCON: 56Mtr, 11Mtr - Wind Mill Towers
FLSmidth: Reclaimer components, Kiln Shell, Separators, Preheaters.
BHEL: High pressure Boiler plant- Heavy steel Structure, Main Columns, Welded Beams, Box Bracing, Column Assembly.
L&T: Structural steel like Columns, Bracings and Beams.
ALSTOM: Ducting components, Bag Filters - panel.

• Instrumental in coordinating with internal and their Inspection agencies like L&T, FLSmidth, BHEL, ALSTOM, and AUMUND.
Completed BE Mechanical engineering from R.M.K Engineering College, Anna University Chennai 2006 with 64%.
